Return Policy:
Within 30 days of purchase all unopened products excluding custom wheel builds will receive a full refund minus the shipping and handling. Custom wheel builds will incur a 10% restocking fee.  A 10% restocking fee will apply to any opened but re-sellable products. Used or purchased products older than 30 days will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Podium MMX, Race 29er and Race Gold 29er Warranty/Crash Replacement:

Limited warranty will cover manufacturer’s defects. Stan’s Notubes offers this additional warranty on its ZTR Podium MMX series wheelset, Race 29er and Race Gold 29er wheelset purchased from an authorized Notubes retailer or distributor for 2 years from date of purchase by the initial user. The crash replacement will consist of replacing one rim, spokes and nipples for $100.00. If you are not satisfied with the ZTR Podium MMX series rim, Race 29er or Race 29er rim you can have it replaced with a different rim. To qualify for the crash replacement an original order number for the wheel(s) or proof of purchase is required. The $100 crash replacement can only be used one time per wheel. All subsequent repairs will be done at standard rates for parts and labor.

Warranty:

All NoTubes products are covered under a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, and improper installation. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective customer will receive, at the discretion of Stan’s Notubes, free repair or replacement.

Disclaimer:
Stan’s Tubeless System provides you with the information and items you need to seal most tires and rims tubeless. When attempting this process, ride with caution the first initial rides to observe the reaction of your tires and rims. Due to the variety of tire and rim combinations, some may work much better than others. During your first few rides check your tire for leaking and correct air pressure. If your pressure drops too low there is a risk of the tire dismounting itself. The system allows the use of standard, tube-type tires, to be used in a tubeless manner. It should be noted that doing so exceeds the tire manufacturer’s original design intent and may void the tires warranty. Also, some tube and tubeless tires were not designed to be used with sealant and doing so may void the tire's warranty. Visit http://help.notubes.com for an updated list of recommended tires. Limited Warranty (Rim Strips):
If you damage the rim strip with a screwdriver, metal tire lever, or other sharp tools it will void the warranty. Using mini pumps or over tightening valve stem nut will cause damage to the valve stem pulling or tearing it out of the rim strip; this is not covered under warranty. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects in the rim strips, not damage caused by misuse.
