Introduction:
This rim design eliminates the traditional bead hook and uses our patented bead socket technology. It moves the sidewall of the rim down by 2-3mm to virtually eliminate pinch flats. The curve of the side wall is the same shape as the bead of the tire so it fits together like a ball and socket joint. This new design will help reduce strain on the bead while creating a tighter seal. It permits the use of a thinner, lighter rim strip and still provides a great seal.

Hub Selections

Stan's ZTR Disc:  Great performance at a great price point.  Our house brand hubs feature sealed cartridge bearings throughout and a 3 pawl, 24 point engagement system at a very reasonable weight.   Currently available in a quick release version for the front and rear and backed by a 1 year warranty for manufacturer's defects.  Quick release skewers are included.  For further information please view the spec sheet here.

American Classic: High performance and light weight hubs in both disc and non-disc versions. The lightest of the hubs we offer for wheel builds, they feature stainless steel cartridge bearings, a forged one-piece hub shell, spin very free, and they are backed by a 1 year warranty from American Classic. Our pick for light and race oriented wheel builds. American Classic hubs include quick release skewers.

American Classic 15mm: Same as the above but compatible with the 15QR system used on some suspension forks.

American Classic 20mm: Thru axle front hub for the more common 20mm system utilizes regular carbon steel cartridge bearings.

American Classic Single Speed: Same great internals as the regular hubs but with a shortened cassette body. Stocked in both quick release and bolt-on. Includes spacers, lock ring and 18 tooth steel cog.

Hope Pro II Disc: One of the best all around hubs available. Not the lightest but not as heavy as King, Hadley, etcetera but with all of the quality.  Hub shells are machined from 2014-T6 aluminum and anodized in one of six colors (see pic).  The rear hub features five sealed cartridge bearings and a four pawl system engaging into a 24 point steel ratchet.  Skewers are not included.

The front hubs are stocked in the quick release version but can be converted to 15mm or 20mm thru axle and 24mm Maverick in just a few minutes using the convenient adapter kits.
Backed by an amazing five year warranty, the Hope Pro II is our pick for the rider that requires durability without a big weight gain and maybe wants to add a little color to their lives.

Hope Pro II Disc Single Speed:  Same as the above but with a stainless steel freehub body to prevent narrow cogs from gouging the splines and upping the ante to a 48 point engagement system.  Stocked as a bolt-on hub but can be converted to QR with the Hope conversion kit.  Includes cog spacers and bolts.

DT 240s Disc: Legendary quality and reliability from our Swiss friends with stainless steel bearings throughout.  Available in either a standard 6 bolt brake mount or with the Shimano compatible center lock system.  Backed by a two year warranty.  Skewers are not included.

DT 240s 15mm Center Lock: Same as the above but designed to accommodate the 15QR system. 

DT 240s 20mm Oversize: DT's take on a 20mm thru axle hub features stainless steel bearings.  Can be converted to 15mm or quick release with the conversion kit from DT.

DT 240s Single Speed Center Lock: Using the same star ratchet mechanism as the other 240s rear hubs but in single speed format with the center lock brake mount.  Stocked in a quick release version, can be converted to a bolt-on with the DT conversion kit.

Cannondale Lefty SL: The Lefty SL hub is the top of the line Lefty hub offered by Cannondale.  Includes mounting hardware and stocked in the black anodized finish only.

Whats Included:
All wheelsets will be taped air tight using the yellow spoke tape. It can be used tubeless with just the yellow spoke tape and included valve stem.
