The new ZTR Iron Cross rim combines a stiff 17.5mm rim depth, a 20mm wide internal cavity, and our ultra-low-profile Bead Socket Technology (BST) sidewalls to virtually eliminate pinch flats under some of the lowest tire pressures you can run. At 385 grams a rim, the ZTR Iron Cross disc rim will make your next cyclocross disc wheel build considerably lighter but able to handle all the punishment you can dish out. The new ZTR Iron Cross disc rims are designed only for use with cyclocross tubeless tires and traditional cyclocross clinchers.

Aluminum Rim Warranty and Crash Replacement Policy
Two Year Aluminum Rim Warranty
All Stan’s NoTubes Aluminum rims are covered under a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original purchase date. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, and improper installation. Warranties only apply to the original owner. If a product is found defective, the customer will receive, at the discretion of Stan’s NoTubes, free repair or replacement.
One Year Aluminum Rim Crash Replacement
Should you have the unfortunate experience of crashing and damaging your Stan’s NoTubes aluminum rims, we want nothing more than to help you get back on the bike as quickly as possible. The Crash Replacement Policy covers the rims for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date against damage caused during normal operation of the bicycle, including racing. Crash Replacement Pricing includes new rim, spokes, nipples, tape, and costs associated to build labor.
Warranty and Crash Replacement Conditions
- Warranty and crash replacement are valid only for the original owner and are not transferrable.
- Warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage sustained during shipment.
- Products on which serial numbers, production lot codes/date codes or other identifying marks have been removed.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation or improper maintenance, use of incompatible parts or components, accident or crash damage, negligence, modifications not recommended or approved by Stan’s NoTubes.
- Shipping costs to Stan’s NoTubes or local distributor.
- Instances determined to be cosmetic only.
- Any representation or warranty expressed or implied by a third party beyond the provisions of this stated policy.
Stan’s Tubeless System provides you with the information and items you need to seal most tires and rims tubeless. When attempting this process, ride with caution the first initial rides to observe the reaction of your tires and rims. Due to the variety of tire and rim combinations, some may work much better than others. During your first few rides check your tire for leaking and correct air pressure. If your pressure drops too low there is a risk of the tire dismounting itself. The system allows the use of standard, tube-type tires, to be used in a tubeless manner. It should be noted that doing so exceeds the tire manufacturer’s original design intent and may void the tires warranty. Also, some tube and tubeless tires were not designed to be used with sealant and doing so may void the tire's warranty. Stan’s is not responsible for any damage to the tires and/or any injury or liability resulting from the use of a tire beyond the original design intent.
