Locating Your Serial Number
Warranty registration serial numbers always begin with a letter and are always nine characters long. The serial number for your rim can be found in multiple locations, including a silver decal found between the spokes on the exterior of the rim, the upper left corner of wheel tension sheets, the hang tag found around the center of the hub of your new wheelset, and on a second rim decal located beneath the factory installed yellow rim tape.
