Shipping and Return Policies and Information
We offer free shipping on orders over $500 shipped within the Continental U.S.. Orders receiving free shipping will ship using UPS Ground or an equivalent USPS shipping method. Orders may be expedited at an additional cost by selecting expedited shipping options.
Shipping Options, Payment, and Tracking Numbers
Most orders ship within 48-hours. All U.S. orders and most International orders ship from our operations center in Big Flats, New York. We offer shipping options from UPS and the USPS. UPS options include Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. USPS options include Priority Mail, International Priority, First Class, EMS, First Class International, and International Priority, Not all shipping options are available for all shipping destinations. When you place an order with us, your credit card is authorized to verify available funds. Your payment is captured/processed on the day your order ships. An invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided when ordering. If you selected a trackable shipping method such as UPS when placing your order, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided. In order to prevent product damage during shipping, orders may be packed in multiple packages, each with a separate tracking number.
An order can be changed at any time before it ships. Simply contact us with the desired changes, and we will be happy to update your order. We can be reached by phone (607-562-2877) or email@example.com between the hours of 8am and 5pm EST.
Stan’s NoTubes will accept returns of all unopened products, excluding custom wheel builds, within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Once the product is received and inspected, the customer will receive a full refund minus the shipping and handling. Custom wheel builds will incur a 10% restocking fee. A 10% restocking fee will apply to any opened but re-sellable products. Used products or products outside the approved 30 day return period will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Inventory Status, Out of Stock, and Backorders
We try our best to provide accurate inventory levels on each item and to provide notification when delays may occur. Out of stock items will include an approximate availability date displayed on the product page. We will contact customers to re-establish a payment method 30 days or more have passed since the day you placed your order, but your order has not yet shipped. If an item on your order is found to be out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email to provide an estimated restock date.
USPS shipping is an uninsured method. UPS shipping options include $100 of coverage, but can be insured for additional amounts for an extra cost.
For express orders placed before 2PM EST including UPS 3-day Select, UPS 2nd-Day Air, UPS Next Day Saver and UPS Next Day Air, every effort is made to ship your order on the same business day. After 2PM EST orders must be placed by phone to be eligible for same day shipping. Orders taken online after 2PM EST may ship the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not business days for UPS.
International Shipping, Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or any other customs brokerage charges. Some countries may have specific laws that may affect orders containing sealant. Countries we currently cannot ship to include Russia, The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and Iran.
United States Postal Service
USPS First Class Mail generally arrives within a week of the ship date, but please allow up to 2 weeks for arrival. USPS First Class Mail is an uninsured method of shipping. USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail must be requested by phone or email.
